Apparently YouTube can now create a feed based solely on colours, which seems more like a feature for YouTube Kids, but okay.

Just took another look and still can't find the specific video, but the ones about their cyber warfare/defence capabilities show some "scary code" for a few frames

Just remembered I saved a clip of our Austrian national broadcasting service (ORF) discussing our military's new €200,000 image campaign, part of an €18B investment into modernisation, in the evening news where the sourced campaign video still had "Lorem ipsum" placeholder text.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the original video (yet). I wonder if it's still being used in promotional material somewhere.
