Last year I used a tiny #adafruit board and #CircuitPython to interface with an old electronic typewriter via its Centronics port…and I can confirm that the code also works with your favourite dot matrix printers!! 🖨️ 🖨️🖨️ (video in comment below)

Hidden under the big button there is a KB2040 with some plain text stories stored on it. This was all for a project from last year (https://github.com/mlupo/type-type), and maybe a new one in the future?
