If you are a manager, and someone you are responsible for is exhibiting toxic behaviours, don’t ignore this. You must challenge and educate. If not you will find that whatever else you are focusing on instead will suffer too. Applies everywhere, not just in engineering. Team culture must be nurtured or it dies. How’s your day going? 😂

It is my birthday. I am a bit old now. But that’s ok cos I had a lovely day. Walk on the moors, pub lunch, pints, gonna watch a film now.
