Neben den #SixNations startet dieses Wochenende auch die #Rugby Europe Championship, wo es u.a. um die europäische Qualifikation zum #RWC27 geht. Dafür sind mindestens zwei Siege notwendig (Platz 3/4). Kommt am Ende Platz 5 raus, dann gibt es noch eine weitere Chance bei Repechage Turnier.

Die #SZ berichtet über #Sumo aus Anlass der Yokozuna Beföderung von Hoshoryu.
Die Probleme des Sports stellen sie korrekt da, allerdings tuen sie Hoshoryu unrecht ihn als "Lückenfüller" zu bezeichen. Im Kyushu Basho (Nov) ist er dem anderen Ozeki Kotozakura unterlegen und im aktuellen Hatsu Basho hat er im 3er Playoff am Ende klar Dominanz bewiesen, dass war schon Yokozuna.

Abstiegskampf in der #Top14 bleibt spannend. Vannes schlägt den direkten Konkurrenten Stade Francais, welche allerdings einen Bonuspunkt mitnehmen können. Vannes hat momentan 20 Punkte in der Tabelle, Stade Francais 24 und Racing 92 ist mit 26 nur knapp davor. Der letzte steigt direkt ab, während der vorletzte ein Regelationsspiel hat, wenn ich das richtig auf dem Schirm habe.

Noch ein wenig Zeitplan für die #Perth7s:
Viertelfinale der Männer laufen gerade, während die Frauen Viertelfinale den Tag abschließen und gegen 13 Uhr starten
Halbfinale sind dann morgen früh perfekt aufs Frühstück gelegt. 8 Uhr geht es los, erst Männer dann Frauen.
Spiel um Platz 3 und anschließend die Finale ab 11:30 Uhr dann morgen Vormittag.
Spannend, dass sie diesmal die Männer zuerst auflaufen lassen und die Frauen danach 👍
