Awful dreams. Woke several times in the night. Some time crying and dissociating. Gonna try doing some chores and we won't think about stuff.

Not a great experience grocery shopping today. Very crowded, aisles too full of people and some shelves bare. Hubby nearly lost it at the cashier lines and we started dissociating. Took getting out of the store, into the car and back on the road home to start coping.

Home now, feeling out of sorts. Yuck.
