My dog and I are having a debate and he swears gluten free lemon cookies are good for him.

I just realized that the Township charges a fee for electronic/credit card payments, but does not for cash or cheques.

If the fee was going to the Township, I would go ahead and pay online, but I know that it doesn't and I'm actually kind of happy that I can bypass the banks and credit corps and their share of just about every financial transaction.

Thinking of things we can do NOW to mitigate impacts. We need to be thinking of opportunities and in order to take advantage of things like the removal of inter-provincial trade barriers.

What if people were given the option of extending their mortgages for an extra 10 years and lowering their monthly payments? The banks would still get their interest, but it would lower payments for those who will need it - and they can always pay it off earlier if it works?
