Ordered a wood/other long things (pipes, etc)wall-mounted rack back in Sept. FINALLY got the wall where I wanted to install it repaired and went to hang the rack... which is missing all of it's assembly hardware. The return window closed in October.

I have some basic plumbing work to do in this house. Today was rerouting radiator return pipe for one of the zones. It's all 3/4" copper, and I could have probably sweat it with relatively little effort but instead I treated myself to an electric pro-press tool. Let me tell you how much easier that was. Unbelievable.

I bought a Rack-A-Tiers Staple Shark thinking it might help with some rewiring I am doing. Turns out that it's probably the most efficient hand tool I've ever purchased, in the context of "does exactly it's one job and does it better than anything else".

OK, time to finally hunker down and figure out where I’m moving my mail hosting to now that Fastmail has outed themselves as union busters.

Hey is out because DHH is an absolute fucking turd.

Google is out because I moved to Fastmail from Google.

Protonmail is maybe; their warranty canary is dead but that is tolerable.

Has anyone I know tried StartMail, Mailfence, or The Very Good Email Company?

On one hand, it really sucks for David Lynch that he's got emphysema. Terrible, I wish him the best, obviously. On the other hand, a life time of heavy and unapologetic smoking tends to go that way so this isn't really a surprise.
