Voi räkä. Oma eka ja alle 1kk pituinen #kesätyö muistutti juuri itsestään, kun postitse tuli ”olit mukana tietomurrossa” -kirje, hetu on nyt ties missä ja kenellä.

Hulluinta on se, että vaikka palkasta silloin otettu eläkemaksut ao. tietomurrettu eläkefirma ei ole missään vaiheessa aikonut maksaa mulle eläkettä. Ei sitä alle 18 v ikäisille silloin kertynyt eläkemaksuilla huolimatta.

Oisin mielelläni muistellut sitä kesätyötä, joskin vähän eri merkeissä.

Vähän pöhkösti otsikoitu eikä ehkä sisältökään ole aivan timanttista yksityiskohtien osalta, mutta ... #Yle taisi just boostata #Mastodon'ia ja muita #fediverse palveluita!

Jassoo, päivän #Hesari #HS #digilehti sisältää vain ja ainoastaan ”oliko lehti tänään hyvä” kyselyn. On tainnut mennä bitti poikittain viime yönä lehden julkaisutyönkulussa.

Ja digilehden sanity check toteuttamatta - ei ole vaikeaa koneellisesti tarkistaa onko lehdessä sivuja vai ei. Tai mistäpä sitä tietää, ehkä joku ei vaan herännyt sen hälyyn.

Niin, asiasta ei tietenkään myöskään voi ilmoittaa mihinkään, koska yhteystietoja ei ole. Onneksi kuitenkin on #yle .

I said to our kids that on the bike trainer there is no screentime - they can watch videos as much as they like during the indoor rides.

Now they wanna ride on a daily basis 🚴 and I think I don't need to do any more gamification to activate them besides this 😆

No ei. Oman toksisuuden ja vallantäyteisyyden myrkyttämä mieli voi tietty näin kuvitella. Absoluuttista typeryyttähän se silti on.

I see several people testing links to #pixelfed inside #facebook and those posts ferrying removed within seconds.

So is there an exempt of free speech for this, blocking an open source “competitor” but not blocking clear hate speech against so specific minorities?

How can it be legal. Explain it to me like to a five year old kid , please.

Mitä jos lentäjien palkankorotus olisikin reilusti nyt vaadittua neuvottelutavoitetta korkeampi?

Lentämisen kustannusten jyrkkä kasvu tekisi kyllä hyvää lentämisen määrälle. Vielä siihen roimat päästöverot ja haittamaksut päälle, ja kustannusohjaus voisi alkaa vähentää tarpeetonta lentämistä.

I can quite well track my mental state by retroactively checking what music did I listen to.

Usually when #cooking (👈that should be put in parentheses ‘cause I suck at it) I listen to some smooth #jazz.

Audilla mietitään naisten määrän - nyt ~ 25 % - kasvattamista.

Audista on tullut mainio esimerkki siitä, mihin yrityksen yksisilmäinen monikulttuuri johtaa. Ei erilaisia näkökulmia, ei omintakeista ajattelua ja ei edes huomata sähköautobuumia, joska ”ei kukaan koskaan ennenkään”.

Vaikka ”toisenlaisten” tasa-arvoisuus ei muuten kiinnostaisi lainkaan, niin onhan se kaupalliselta toimijalta tyhmää sulkea diversiteetin hyödyt näyttävillä tutkimustuloksilta silmänsä.

Somewhat annoying that after several days of extracting heavily compressed data frome one file to 2 external drives the connector detatches and drives are not mounting again. :ablobcatcry:

Getting a new laptop would mean I’d use both work and home laptops, which is sort of unnecessary.

My #apple laptop turns 10 years in about a month (it was actually built for more than 10 years ago). The OS has not been upgraded for a few years now, and I’m facing more and more often the wall “your OS is too old this app does not work on it” (lastly #onedrive which I need for school work).

Now I’m struggling between installing #linux on it and getting a new laptop.

It seems like updating the #Firefox's Network tab becomes burdensome in around 5000 items in it.

Perhaps it is best to not keep it open, since the progress can be tracked also via UI.
