I violated Discord TOS two months ago (too supportive of Luigi) and my account was restricted for a few days as a result

This week I keep getting repeat notifications from Discord about that (long deleted) message reported months ago and my account gets restricted each time! 😤

My OEM Nintendo link cable was slightly unreliable in this specific usecase, so I got the official Analogue link cable so I could network two Analogue Pockets running Amiga cores together.

And it works GREAT!

I decided to try something new with my collection. I'm setting a game out with each system.

It frees up a little space from where I keep all my games, but it also gives the display a certain professional, museum-like quality that I think I'm liking!

I found 2 matching shelves and used them to subdivide some of the cubbies I keep my systems in, in this case the Dreamcast/Saturn and 3DO/Pippin shelves so they look tidy and give me more space in this section of the collection!

Despite my growing Evercade collection, Alwa's Awakening has the distinction of being the first Evercade game I actually finished!

I really enjoyed it. I might try the sequel on Steam.

I realised this weekend that I failed to honour the crown jewel of my collection - my Neo Geo MVS - with a wallpaper of its own.

The public beta for Mortal Kombat 2 on the 3DO dropped today! What a perfect day for me to be working from home!

It's not feature complete, but it's already one of the best home console ports of MK2 in my opinion!

Another cool benefit to my new Evercade VS is that the controllers are USB, so you get really nice classically styled gamepads for PC!

I never even had to remap anything

Look how huge it is compared to my SNES! 😱

(Just kidding, that's my SNES Classic.)

The VS is actually a pretty small system, so I compared it with my Dreamcast and PC Engine.

I got the Evercade-compatible Super Pocket for Christmas and since then my collection has grown steadily by the day.
