Got to spend some time out in the garden #Today. Trimmed the lime, lemons and orange trees as well as some of the sage, rosemary, and lavender. I currently smell confusing and amazing. Grabbed my phone and took a few pictures of some of the early flowers for a #BloomScrolling break. We can all use it, I think.. Also #Bee !

[#]BloomRolling for the #BloomScrolling this morning into the San Gabriel's. There isn't much flowering but I did find this invasive South American Tree Tobacco holding on, holding up, and holding sentry. Such a pleasure to see the mountains wet from rain and we even found some snow up above 5000 ft. #Today

[#]GoodMorning I'm pretty sure we were treated to a noctilucent cloud #Today. The payroll specialist came in to where a bunch of us were huddled around boxes of #Friday donuts saying there was a comet or rocket or something in the sky so about 8 of us filed out into the pre-dawn parking lot and stared at a glowing blue cloud. I hope I correctly identified and explained the phenomena. It looks like there was a launch from Vandenberg this morning which is the most likely cause.

Greeting from my dystopia! #Today I submitted vacation time to account for the two days I was without power and internet and spending frantic hours patrolling around my house 1 mile from burning mountains. Everything is fine. I am grateful I was spared the wrath of a planet whose center no longer holds, I am furious that I'm being ground up by this machine.

We got up late for us #today but found one of our walks along the San Gabriel River open. This particular spot is a place the river breathes for a sec between frothing noise and tumbling.
