Loving that the book Dilla Time starts about The Roots drummer first reaction to Dilla's beat and how it was "not feeling right", always "a bit off".

This is brilliant. Imagine training to become a human metronome and someone comes and say "fuck timing".

Uber really stopped working in London, there are no ways to get any ride some times of the day, you can be left on the streets for quite some times and it’s not given that you would get a ride in the end, drivers will say “yeah fine” start to drive to you and when they are next to you just cancel… it’s absolutely garbage now.

So yeah black cabs, yeah they are great… except that yesterday my wife got refused by one at 3am close to Liverpool Station because “I don’t go there” (there being just before Greenwich which seems to be still London and Zone 2).

At least we have some night buses.
