I’m dealing with eczema (or some similar skin issue) that started on my palms and now includes my lips and nails and is possibly is related to gut health. It’s very frustrating. I’m trying all the things related to gut health (fermented foods and appropriate supplements) I can but no change (I’m impatient I admit).

Looking for others with similar experience for advice. My dermatologist (coincidentally I had a skin check scheduled) got me some treatment but that preceded the nail involvement.

I brought a tiara with me. And a minion in a tiara. I need to bring more Denver Broncos stuff in. I also brought a plant that was being slowly killed by cats thinking it was tasty - that I may leave behind for the next person (who will be my next boss).

It is so weird for me today. My boss is retiring and before it's formal he's taking a lot of vacation and I'm his delegate. I've been his delegate before, no big deal - but this time it's longer and more robust as a delegation. He actually moved out of his office and told me to move in. I have not had an office on campus since I left in March of 2020 to work from home. Now I have a big office with a nice conference table all to myself. I'll still WFH a couple time a week though.
