Praktiski nav vēlmes teikt "es taču teicu" amerikāņiem. Viņi ievelēja fašistus, aptaujas rāda ka viņi nožēlo, un tas ir vēl ziediņi, rēķinoties ar to, ka lēmumu reālie atsitieni vēl tikai nāks.

Have avoided going to #FOSDEM lately due of costs and usually feeling overwhelmed and not knowing what to do. It is really good event though, albeit be aware it is always too full and you usually end up listening presentations on VOD anyway.
However it is still worth visiting and it is heartwarming to see people reacting to size of it for first time 😊
Also yeah, now seeing all it, kinda want to teleport and take a sample for one day 😅

Overall I miss media harshly and openly critical to attacks to the people with no power or resources. Long time ago media for short period of time defended those bellow. That time is long gone.
I know how this economical system works, and if media is profit driven business, you get bought megaphones. Still I wonder why there is not enough people to push trough.
People stopped to care as well. They started to pay for feel good news.
