Was kann man machen wenn ein Polizist sich weigert etwas gegen ein Auto zu machen, dass im absoluten Park- und Haltverbot steht, dabei die rechte Spur blockiert und mich als #fahrrad zwingt auf die Gegenfahrbahn auszuweichen?

Polizist hat das nur kommentiert mit “was soll ich jetzt machen? Ist halt #Hamburg hier” und ist weggefahren

Hab leider weder seinen Ausweis noch sein Kennzeichen notiert weil ich sprachlos war ..
