Nighty night from a considerably younger me, when the world was indeed a much kinder place.

This was me in 2006.

I'm smiling because I had only recently met the lovely @druid; and 18 and a half years later, I'm still smiling every day because he is part of my world.

Try not to worry about what goes on outside your door. The rats and the snakes will soon begin to eat each other.

Happy #Monday y'all. Our first #hellebores have appeared in the garden, which is amazing.

So, as the rest of the world disappears up its own backside, at least my garden is a safe haven of beauty, peace and calm whenever I need it.

Maybe the world will end due to the big orange pimple, and maybe it won't.

Maybe this is the lesson that the democratic world needs, and maybe it isn't.

I can't do much about the pox ridden satsuma over there, but I can look after what I can right here.

Me and the @druid are at a gorgeous Italian restaurant in #Abergavenny called Il Gusto. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and not that windy at all.
