My baby brother is one of those crazy ultra mountain runner types. To celebrate his 50th birthday, he’s currently running The Divide 200, a 322km race that started Tuesday 8am and finishes Saturday noon. When I asked him how he does these huge races, he said that if you look at the whole and how big it is, you are already defeated. It’s an exercise in staying in the moment and just taking things 1 step at a time. I think of this often when I get overwhelmed. Love this guy. #UltraRunning #Running
