How fabulous is this awesome gift I received from my vintage shopper extraordinaire bestie?

They are pizzelle irons. Pizzelles are a type of Italian wafffle biscuit.

Finally cool enough in Melbourne today to test them out, plotting what flavours to make while my eggs warm to room temp.
