Friends don't let friends paint N-gauge railway scenery.

But it's done, complete with weighing station out the front.

Fun as a one-off for a friend's burgeoning railway board but I won't rush to paint more - it's just too tiny! Nice brass etched kit though.

Pfishmonger Guild for Swill, the Turnip28 skirmish game. Great fun to paint, but difficult to get a nice photo.

The sculpts have got some lovely details; vegetable guns, swirling tea, everyone's got a cigarette hanging out their mouths. Brilliant.

One hour for a painting Discord challenge. I chose this lovely model from Black Scorpion.

Originally thought it would be a fun Deadwood-esque figure then changed my mind.

Yes the base needs work, and his jacket buttons need finishing, but that's the challenge of only sixty minutes!

Progress with this fine fellow over the weekend. Still a lot to do, and I think it'll make more sense visually when I attach the arms. But the angles mean it's much easier to paint them before gluing.

In a purple patch for projects at the moment. Working very hard on tiny details on a couple of different models. Painting a circular(ish) badge on a flat surface is a fun challenge. Moreso when it's this small.

I often don't stop to appreciate my output because I'm always comparing myself against the best painters. Probably not a healthy approach as it disregards the progress I've made.
