Rewatching #Fisk #tv bc it's a nice, mild comedy I've enjoyed before. There are a few brief scenes with a sort of melodic burbling the background I'd assumed was digital compression artifacts or something. I THINK IT'S BIRDS! Crazy, Australian birds!! 😹

Rewatching #TwinPeaks #tv (currently free on pluto.tv US). OMG, right from the opening theme! I never liked Lynch's movies but #Lynch somewhat reined in for trad network tv was PERFECT for me. It was such a break from same old, same old. So evocative and otherwhere. Wow.

The #Switch2 #trailer is gorgeous! The animated evolution of Switch 1 into Switch 2 is clear and very appealing. Little flourishes to call attention to key diffs and some game footage to bring home what it's all about. All without words, so less busy and no localizing. Awesome. 😻 #gamedev #film

Rewatching #Severence #tv and weirdly for me, I don't remember almost any of it. I might not have even seen all eps. Might've been before I learned not to watch until all eps are out. The dribble release sched really SUCKS for me. 😬

Classic. The dev tool I'm working on will benefit from a training game. Add scoring and charming envs and it's a puzzle game suitable for the Draknek New Voices Puzzle grant... I realize 2 weeks after the application deadline. 😹#gamedev #unrealengine

Downloaded the #Factorio #demo for #NintendoSwitch to see what everyone is talking about. But the text is TINY. I mean, it's text not greeked but... REALLY?! So much extra space and rez and they don't use it to be clear?! We used to have 640 x 480 pixels to work with and WE WERE GLAD TO HAVE THEM! 🤓 #gamedev #gaming

Finally managed to connect the #SteamDeck to the TV and it's poss not all game text is too small but I can't be sure yet bc it's so blurry with or without my aged glasses. Astigmatism sucked even before presbyopia. 😾 #gaming

Also I have numerous vid sources and several monitors (all old) and I'm struggling with being able to mix and match them. Really want to plug everything into a box and choose one path in gui app but it seems if I could find that, I'd never afford it. 😿
