is there a nice commandline last.fm client to sent scrobbles with?

I dont want a plugin to a player, or something that scrapes metadata from the file. I have a quirky use case where I'm pretty sure I'm best served by something that just lets me set artist and song on the commandline or some equivalent, without it trying to do anything else

dear linux lazyweb. I used to use f-spot years ago to organise my photos.

But what do people use/recommend these days?

Bonus if it can understand/import my old f-spot database of tags/descriptions/etc.
