Just out of interest what is RPM on cpu fan when watching 4K video on a Linux box? Mine stays under 1000. When idling is ~250rpm.

Successfully replaced the fan of cheapo Flex PSU with a Noctua fan. Noise disappeared. Noctua fans do deliver and not that expensive either.
