Out of his mouth and out of the mouths of everyone in this Administration is always this acronym: "DEI! DEI! DEI!"

All you have to do is replace "DEI" with "Black/Brown/Female/LGBTQ who, by the way, are unqualified because they are not White/Model Asian/Male/Straight".
