i'm SO effin' tired of customs charges that are unjustified. Just had to refuse a package because would have had to pay nearly 15 USD in customs fees for something that has virtually no value (other than sentimental). The bulk of the fee is a flat fee for customs getting involved in the first place, which is ... questionable. And the rest is unjustified. Still, I'm sad now, because. #actuallyautistic #fairness #customs

Question for you, dear #fediverse -- it's almost time to get myself a new cell phone. Is there a more sustainable option, an affordable phone that can be repaired fairly easily?

I'd be using it for messaging, email, and a few small games. Camera would be nice.

Hey @writingcommunity - anyone else having a lot of trouble with #submittable? I keep getting error messages from #cloudflare so cannot log on to send out work - even when I'm logged into my own account on another tab?! (frustratingly, no way to submit from that other tab) Any workaround? #techproblems

and yes, you can get a paid subscription to avoid your photos being used (supposedly), but my point is that there should be a way to just delete the account without having to agree to their new ToS, which are the reason I want to delete the account. Sheesh.

so... Photobucket is going to sell / use user content, including biometrics etc, and if you want to delete your account you have first AGREE to the new ToS to sign in. Wtf. The contact form / support request form may or may not be broken, so yeah.
