Today I realised that my use case for #Docker is essentially two-fold:

  1. try shit without leaving crap lying around if it doesn't work.

  1. sandbox stuff that I want to use but don't trust.

Rarely do these happen simultaneously.

It occurred to me that 1) has a whole bunch of security features that I need for 2), but don't need if I trust the code - ie. it came from a distro.

--privileged flag to the rescue.
