Awesome, I think I have found my new #Obsidian notes syncing setup:

After using #Syncthing for some years I switched to something else, due to #iOS limitations, 2 years ago. Now #Synctrain is lifting those. In a first set of tests I could easily:

• Access and sync files from another app's sandbox

• Use an shortcut automation to run the syncing every time I open my note app

I'll go into multi-user and multi-device evaluation and hope nothing breaks.

Nice, Synctrain looks promising. A neat iOS app for Syncthing is rare. Hope it can really sync in the background.

Is it still somewhat useless to activate the server-side encryption on #Nextcloud? Hetzer's docs are saying the keys are on disk next to the files, while the official Nextcloud page makes it sound more elaborate.
