WIRED is doing some great reporting. Too bad Conde Naste's online subscription process is screwed up beyond belief. This morning I ran out of free articles, had a credit card charged $5 for a year of online access, and... after two hours, haven't been able to sign in.

Marching on state capitols at noon February 5th is a start.

However, not everyone can travel to their state capitol, no matter how urgent it is to exercise our guaranteed right to dissent.

What we need is a general strike, coordinated with hitting the streets.

Some Monday soon we should all take the day off work, and march in protest of the unconstitutional, corrupt, and criminal Trump administration.

Although LADWP water diversions from the Mono Basin watershed only amount to 1 to 3% of LA's water "imports", DWP continues to refuse to decrease the amount of water it sends south.

Result - one of the most fragile and vulnerable ecosystems in the west continues to degrade.
