I'm also thinking about maybe not audio books, but epub with a text to speech could work for me. If you have Android apps recommendations for TTS on ebook, I'm also interested.

Well sounds like I enjoy audiobooks now (pun intended). The ones with regular voice I can listen to speed x3, not the epic ones with multiple people and sword fight sounds that get messy at x3.
Not a big fan of giving Jeff B. my money, any alternatives that you recommend?

For my coffee addicted friend: a tool to calculate how many cups of coffee a day should be your maximum.
I played with the settings, and my conclusion: the more you weight, the more coffee you can drink? I'm not sure if it's a healthy conclusion, though.

Why the ‘none of the above’ checkbox pattern worries me: some interesting thoughts by Adam Silver on how GOV.UK asked people about their disability. It’s honestly a complex topic, because, indeed, some people might not consider they are disabled, even when having a health condition that falls under the umbrella “disability” term.

I knew one day I’d have to watch powerful men burn the world down – I just didn’t expect them to be such losers.
“Living your life to impress other men by hating women is one of the most embarrassing things I can imagine. Looking up to any of these men for how to live your life is even sadder.” No notes, perfect summary of what is currently happening, by Rebecca Shaw

As companies scale back DEI programs, employees with disabilities can protect their rights and ensure workplace stability by documenting feedback, formalizing accommodations, and building external support networks. These changes are discouraging. But, don’t forget that the disability community is strong, and collective advocacy can help maintain progress toward inclusion and equity despite shifting organizational priorities.

On a personal note, I would add "always offer a plan B, and C". I was in a situation where I changed my phone number, I tried to remember everywhere where this was used as 2-factor authentication, but missed one. A year after, I’m locked out of a product that used that phone number (forgot about it), with the only option of “call customer support” to help me. They could have implemented an option to retrieve it via email, or another way. But not, good old "call us". Very frustrating.

@brad_frost expresses different frustrations users have with login codes, from text never coming, to impossibility to copying and pasting, etc. Balancing security and UX isn’t easy, but, let’s try to make this better, shall we?

I usually prefer to design with content, as close as possible in size and structure to the real one. But, it's not always possible.
For those cases: QuickFill is a Figma plugin that gives you fake lorem, text and image content for your mockups

Last but not least, @eric wrote an excellent article on how annotation kits can be a useful tool for communicating intent about how an interface should be operated. But, they might also cause more harm when misused, where they fall short and how to overcome the limits: https://ericwbailey.website/published/accessibility-annotation-kits-only-annotate/
