Last night I was at the delightful 'Cube Cinema' in Bristol and to see the Ukrainians... a band I'd only seen once before in about 1992(?)

I don't know what I was expecting, but this was a fascinating telling of the story of how the band spread Ukrainian language music across the world (and beyond) and even re-imported it into the newly born country of Ukraine. #folk #FolkMusic #Ukrainian

If I ever owned a stationery shop, I'd call it "The Stationery Helicopter"

(It wouldn't be an actual helicopter, although that would be pretty cool. It's just about making a memorable name from a good pun.)

I've only just caught up with the Doctor Who Christmas Special. (Excuse my tardiness)

It was quite brilliant.

Great references and call-backs and jokes.

(Did you notice the Hilbert Hotel!? Arthur-Dent dressing-gown!? Bag-End/Hobbit Doorway!?)

One of the best episodes in years. 11/10
