🍅 Tomatoes (quartered)

🧅 Onion (finely diced)

🧄 Garlic (lots)

🐟 Anchovies (also lots)

🍸 Olives (couldn't find an emoji)

🥬 Oregano (ditto)

🌶️ Chilli flakes (just enough)

🧂 Salt, pepper & olive oil (maybe the right amounts?)
