Many problems, seem intractable, they come back time after time, no matter what you try. Often, this happens because the fix doesn’t address what holds the pattern in place.

Many ppl think working hard = long hours + heroic effort.

But many great teams don’t look like that.

Most often they stick to a sustainable pace.

They put in great effort, but it looks effortless.

They may not look like they are working hard. They may look like they’re having fun.

It is possible to do both at the same time.
