Though the 22nd Amendment prohibits Trump from being elected president again, it does not prohibit him from serving as president beyond Jan. 20, 2029. The reason for this is that the 22nd Amendment only prohibits someone from being “elected” more than twice. It says nothing about someone becoming president in some other way than being elected to the office.

After more than 30 years away from emergency services, returning as a Emergency Dispatcher at the South Florida Fair truly felt like coming home.

Can someone tell me when I missed Congress creating the Dept of Government Efficiency and Musk's subsequent appointment hearings?

My understanding is that while the president manages the conduct of executive branch offices, it is Congress, not the President, that establishes official departments and agencies, and to whatever degree it chooses, the internal organization of agencies.
