The Man Who Sold the World isn't my favourite Bowie album by a long way, but that's not to say it isn't good, it's just one of his weaker ones. The title track is obviously the star and his best known song from the album, but I would say Black Country Rock trumps it. An interview with Tony Visconti, who worked with Bowie on the album, has this to say about it. Classic Bowie, making it all up on the spot. #ripbowie #bowieaday

@muffinista Hi - are all the posts on botsin.space set to "quiet public" (was "unlocked", I think) by default? I have these set for @toiletsinvideogames but the posts are still coming through as with-a-moon/with-an-unlocked-padlock. Do you force it at the instance level? Have I broken it?

Every year on this day I listen to Blackstar. Every year it still hurts. Nobody's death hit me like #Bowie did. Why? I never met the guy. He wasn't related to me. I'm a huge fan, sure, but it made me cry at the time and I'm still grieving his death.
