This week's blog post is a little self-indulgent. My washing machine also broke this week as did my electric toothbrush. All in all, it's been a bit pants as we say here in the UK. Were your ears burning? I have just been extolling the virtues of @Mastodon and the Fediverse over on Threads. It's healthy to question the validity of what we are reading on other, algorithmically-driven platforms. I really enjoy the diversity of content on here, with no agenda. This really IS the digital town square and however much the social media population drifts, I'm really glad I'm here 🦣 And here's my very chilled cat, Socks #CatsOfMastodon
