I'm now getting a lot of emails from the Harris campaign not asking for donations but rather to volunteer to make phone calls. I guess it's an #autistic trait but I simply can't do that. I would add: A couple of years ago I did finally put in the time and effort, it took a good bit of both, to read The Origins of Totalitarianism. I was left depressed, feeling this same darkness flowing through the veins of our country, and hearing history rhyming.
