Mit Essen übrigens auch: ich habe Wochen bis Monate lang ein "Hauptgericht" von dem ich mich primär ernähre und dann funktioniert das für mich sehr plötzlich nicht mehr und es fällt mir schwer Ersatz dafür zu finden

Manchmal habe ich so Phasen, in denen ich es einfach nicht wirklich schaffe, ein neues Buch (bzw eine neue Buchreihe) anzufangen. Weil es mir zu anstrengend erscheint, mich in dem neuen Universum einzufinden und ich noch zu sehr an das alte, aus dem vorherigen Buch, gewöhnt bin

Gleichzeitig brauche ich nach x Büchern in einer Reihe wieder Abwechslung, ich kann also auch nicht einfach wieder bei Perry Rhodan einsteigen und damit genug Lesestoff für ein paar Jahre haben…
