[#]Film gesehen: "State Of Grace", bei uns "Im Vorhof der Hölle". Eine unbekannte Perle unter den Milieustudien aus dem Mafia-Bereich, hier irische Amerikaner in Hell's Kitchen. Exzellente Schauspieler durch die Bank, tolle atmosphärische Inszenierung, Musik von Ennio Morricone. Empfehlung! (9/10)

"Oenone" ist wirklich kein guter Name. Mein Gehirn hat lange gebraucht, den beim Lesen richtig auszusprechen. Stecke gerade in einem Buch, in dem eine der Figuren so heißt.

Wusste nicht, dass es eine längere US-Fassung gibt. Füllt die Lücken etwas besser aus. Immer noch hartes Overacting bei Nicholson und Duvall, aber man kann sich dem Film nicht entziehen.

Habt ihr eigentlich auch so empathische Eltern? Ich habe ja einen Hörschaden auf dem linken Ohr. Gerade komme ich vom Schwimmen, da ist der Gehörgang eh noch voll Wasser.

Meine Mutter äußert irgendwas, ich muss nachfragen, sie sagt: "Du hörst auch schwer, oder?"

Bin noch ganz beseelt von gestern. Bei der Musiknacht im Städtchen habe ich von mehreren Konzerten einige Songs angeschaut, was mit Gehörschutz gut funktioniert hat. (Ich habe ein fast kaputtes Ohr und traue mich deshalb nicht mehr auf "normale" Konzerte. bwr vielleicht ändere ich das jetzt, es war ein guter Testlauf.)

Ich fühle mich komisch dabei, dass mir der Terroranschlag in der Nachbarschaft näher geht als welche, die weiter weg passieren. Vermutlich menschlich, aber trotzdem.
