which jurisdiction does the mastodon.social instance fall under by the way? I mean it probably started as a german instance, but since the mastodon organization had to migrate to the US IIRC, could US madness potentially attempt to influence censorship here or anything?

I'm writing a zip archive as stream to file and the file is intact. I write the SAME stream to S3 and the file gets corrupted ... SOMEHOW .. without change in filesize (so no cropping). Dafuq?
