Morning #workout of the week: Start the day with easy stretching, mobilisation and breathing.

This week I'll start my mornings with this 20min routine by Shifu Yan Xin. Try it!

Vagabund Brewery in Berlin is insolvent since summer 2024 and has been bought by DF Group very quietly.

Community investors, who made the new brewery in Osram Höfe possible, received no update since then. The investment platform set the value of the shares now to 0. Cheers..

Als Produktverantwortlicher im #ehealth denke ich, dass die #ePA ein wichtiger Baustein für die Sicherung unserer medizinischen Versorgung ist. Denke bsw an eine kombinierte Patient:innenjourney, die sich von Telemedizin zu Vor-Ort-Vorstellung & zurück zur TM für Nachsorge zieht.

Das eigentliche Drama um die Unfähigkeit, die #ePA sicher hinzustellen ist, dass in infrastrukturschwachen Regionen die Gesundheitsversorgung zusammengebrochen ist und das so bleibt, da keine digitalen Lösungen können.

I read a lot about "anti-pattern" in teams and organizations. What is that supposed to be?

I can observe patterns in teams and orgs. Some are helpful, some are not so helpful in that given context. The same pattern, that fails in one context, works well in another. All patterns served a purpose at a time, which might not be given anymore and makes them obsolete.

Talking about "anti-pattern" is normative BS and belongs to cults, not to social science. #justsaying

To stay healthy and also activate my body, I usually do a 15-30min morning routine which includes breathing, mobility and stretching. #kungfu and #qigong #microworkouts have all that and work wonders for me and my day.

Just realized that at least 30% of the algo recommended youtube content is stolen content with AI voice overdub, or imposters. Heard content creators complain here and there, but the scale of the problem seems drastic. 2025 will be a hard year for youtube content creators I‘m afraid.
