Ich nehme ja inzwischen die Gitarre ins Büro und spiele und übe darauf in der Mittagspause. Das hat was therapeutisches.

Hatte heute Kontakt zu alten Freunden, hab sie einfach mal spontan besucht.... mit Gitarre ... hab ein paar Lieder gespielt und wir haben zusammen gegessen. Das tat echt gut. Hab ne Nachricht hinterhergeschickt bekommen, dass sie sich sehr gefreut haben und ich für sie immer sowas wie ein Feelgood- und Optimismusbooster bin. Das war ein sehr tolles Kompliment.

Nachdem ich mich gestern mal wieder mit Menschen ausserhalb der Chaosbubble getroffen habe hab ich folgendes mitgenommen:
Menschen werden zunehmend fatalistisch und wälzen sich in Pessimismus. Das geht durch das komplette Spektrum. Hatte ausnahmsweise genug Energie, um dagegenzuhalten und Stabilität zu emittieren.
Die Anwesenden haben das gut aufgenommen und gingen aufrechter auseinander als sie angekommen sind.
Das hat viele Löffel gekostet. Ich hoffe das wars wert.
