Nebenkostenabrechnung bekommen. Die Betriebskosten sind 500€ höher als 2022.

Alleine die Grundsteuer soll für das gesamte Objekt von 11000€ auf 65000€ gestiegen sein.

Da kommt doch Freude auf.
