Mit Feierabend geht es weiter mit schönen Dingen. Holzwerkstatt, Projekt Arbeitsplatte mit Führungsschienen. Noch fehlt das wesentliche Material, aber Vorarbeiten aus dem Restelager sind möglich. Also Leisten aus Hartfaserplatten zum Unterfüttern schneiden. Läuft hier mit einer Handkreissäge auf einer #DIY Führungsvorrichtung.

Moin. Die Sonne steht über dem Hügel, die morgendlichen Wolken samt Regen sind abgezogen 🌤️ Und auch die PV ist angesprungen 😎

Schon ein paar Stunden aktiv, aber gerade eben mit dem ersten Schluck Kaffee wird es auch eine runde Sache. ☕️😋

Heute Homeoffice, keine geplanten Termine, daher Tagesgeschäft und weiter mit dem aktuellen Projekt 🤓

Und weiter geht’s mit der leckeren Knusperei in #vegan nicht nur im #veganuary2025 😃

Curry-Reis-Pfanne mit Zuckerschoten, Rosinen, Banane, Tofu, Frühlingszwiebeln, Cashewkernen. Gewürzt mit Ingwer und Knoblauch, on top ein wenig Chilliflocken.
