L'ANSES a publié dès 2021 une étude montrant que les aliments français à bases de céréales (pain...) et de pommes de terres sont fortement contaminés au cadmium, un élément cancérogène (lien en commentaire).

Pourquoi ? Pour faire plaisir au plus gros fournisseur d'engrais français, qui achète son phosphate au Maroc, un phosphate volé au peuple sahraoui et fortement imprégné de cadmium, contrairement aux autres phosphates.
