Monday: Back in office.

Just wondering why I gave 30 gears of my life to learn and work in technology. A life in front of screens, repairing broken things, code tinkering, solving other people requests.

It is my work and passion but f**k, I'm exhausted.

Io oggi ho finito uno script per gestire i video creati in famiglia dai telefoni , caricarli sul server opensuse Leap, convertirli in webm e sincronizzarli via syncthing/tailscale al server in casa dei nonni (Fedora). Li vediamo via jellyfin . Avendo ricevuto un breve apprezzamento dalla moglie, sono soddisfatto e la domenica si impenna 👍🏻 #opensource #opensuse #jellyfin

I want to take a moment to thank and support OpenSuse @opensuse 🐊 , Thunderbird ✉️ @thunderbird , LibreOffice 📎 @libreoffice and Syncthing 🔄 https://syncthing.net/ to be the rock-solid backbone of my daily productivity in these personally very challenging years.

As a back-office and (mainly) faceless IT guy myself, I realise that the people of these and countless other open-source projects deserve some kind of support and appreciation.
