Up until today, I thought Go had an opinionated formatter. Now that I'm transitioning a small-ish Go codebase from hand-written boilerplate to generated boilerplate, I think I've been lied to.

Why is there not a single style for parameter / argument lists that gets applied consistently? Why is a missing comma before newline + closing parenthesis a syntax error that prevents gofmt from formatting the file?

Looks like I'm not buying a new phone today!

Camera on my Fairphone 3 had been pretty badly broken for a couple weeks now after a LineageOS update, latest update fortunately fixed it again.

@fasterthanlime when you posted about changing your pronouns to they/them, I had a brief "oh that makes sense, maybe I should do that too" reaction, didn't even seem like a new thing.

Few days ago thought about it again because I've been thinking about.. "me" more in recent weeks. Realized I had not followed your example back then, and now it felt like a bigger thing? But I did it. Felt weird, somehow. But not changing it back (for now).
