One of the consequences of making #GitHub increasingly become a social network along the lines of #Meta is that since a work can be measured by the number of stars it has, this means that we can buy relevance.

I think that unconsciously one of the biggest reasons developers don't leave GitHub even though they know all the problems is because they don't want to stop earning stars easily.

It’s necessary to set up custom shortcuts to copy what’s in the clipboard. In the future, when the global shortcut portal is implemented in GNOME, this process will become much easier.

I'm developing an application that is a proof of concept for a "clipboard pinner".

For someone like me who sometimes needs to copy and paste multiple pieces of text or images but doesn't want a clipboard manager monitoring everything I copy, this was the most user-friendly and practical solution I found.

It's called Serigy BTW.
