Played videogames after a health break, but it was too soon. Headache and eyelid spasms are back in full force. Ehh, another week of rest, I guess. #dysautonomia

please do not send strangers on the internet (that's everyone) a recording of your voice--no matter how harmlessly they seem to ask.

@evtso Oh! I wanted to tell you that the lastest patreon mail was absolutely fabulous. I LOVED the length-wise zine and your art in it was wonderful. Such a joy!

Hahaha, husband is playing Drova and he just full-body flinched at a jump scare. Shook the whole bed. 😂

I loved TikTok. It was a reliable way to deal with my depression and anxiety. It helped me survive. I could scroll through for half an hour and rest my brain and laugh.

Not okay to lose a tool like that. I have Rednote, but it's change, which I struggle with.

Second story of 2025 written!

And, I finished the final printings of the Little Lost Fish game instructions (solitaire and 2-player). I need to update my return labels for Patreon, so that'll be tomorrow's project. I might update the cat sticker, too.

Very interesting insight this evening with my millennial son. He's played solitaire on the computer, but never with actual cards, so he never had a context for WHY the computer lets you do certain things or not do others.

Teaching him to play analog was eye-opening for him.

Now that I'm on LibraryThing, I'm using more detailed tags. I'm a bit surprised by how many books I read that contain Imperialism, even if they aren't epic. It seems to be the gov't of choice trend in sff--or at least in what I'm reading.

It's very distracting and annoying when a traditionally edited and published book consistently uses the word 'bemused' incorrectly.

[You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means]

Well, I just made a weird discovery. I was thinking about how last time, famous people (to me, like Bowie and Prince) died before Trump took office, and I went to Wikipedia to see if there might be a pattern, and uh...I had no idea how many famous-enough-for-wiki died every day! That's SO many! Holy crap. Yeah, nevermind.
