Re: Cold Tea?!

Well, I've tried it by accident, and it's not my cup of tea, actually (pun intended).

Ice tea is quite OK, but it is more of a soft drink, due to adding sugar and lemon juice or something.

Pu'er is a nice tea, I've just lately started out drinking it. Since it is prepared with boiling water, it is a "hot" tea, and I like it like that.

My usual go-to tea is green though. Chinese Gunpowder for an everyday tea, and some nice Japanese things like Kukicha or Gyokuro to savour. They're all prepared with water in the range of 60°C to 80°C, so not as hot as Pu'er. I usually start sipping the green ones right away, whereas the hot ones get a couple of minutes to cool down a little.

And I always drink my tea straight. No milk or sugar added.
