SURFACE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 AND PERHAPS 50 MPH AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE REGION TONIGHT...BRINGING A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE REGION.
