Weather Updates

High pressure settling in across the area has made for another
sunny and hot afternoon across the Bluegrass. For Columbus day, we
will start with lots of sunshine once again, but slowly work in a
chance for an isolated shower late as southerly flow takes back
over and as high pressure shifts eastward. A cold front is
scheduled to pass through the area during the day Tuesday and
provide a few scattered showers and storms. However, the big
weather change with this front will be cooler temperatures. Behind
this front, a cool Canadian air mass settles in across the Ohio
River, meaning highs in the mid and upper 60's for the end of the
week into the weekend. A nice blast of Fall-like temperatures are
just around the corner with overnight lows dipping into the mid
40's by Thursday.
