Weather Updates

We wrapped up the work week weather wise essentially the same way
we started it, with plenty of sunshine on Friday across Central and
Eastern Kentucky. The only difference is that temperatures were
much more summer like with highs into the upper 80s. In fact as we
wrap up the summer season over the course of the weekend and head
into fall, it will still feel like summer. Despite a weak front
moving through Saturday, temperatures will be on the warm to hot
side with highs into the upper 80s with a few low 90s down south.
There is some good news by the early part of next week as a frontal
system moves in from the northwest. This front combined with
moisture from the south (some possibly tropical depending on the
system in the Gulf) should provide enough juice for some decent
rain here in Kentucky. Let;s keep our fingers crossed for that. In
the meantime, the sunny and dry weather should stick around this
weekend...TG
